The percentage of international faculty is also significant: 26.12% of faculty members hold non-Italian citizenship. The figure rises to 51.69% if also including those who have obtained PhDs outside of Italy.

So does the trend on the internationalization of staff: 8.6%, in fact, are non-Italian, a figure that rises to 41% if including those who have worked or studied at least 6 months outside of Italy.

As of today, there are more than 100 student associations that provide an opportunity for people who come from different backgrounds and share common interests to engage with one another

Ethical-Religious Diets in Dining Services on Campus

Offering halal, kosher and vegan meals underscores Bocconi's commitment to recognizing and supporting the dietary needs of the entire community

Multicultural Classes

Bocconi's multicultural classrooms are a key resource: while they encourage the exchange of experiences, opinions and ideas, they are also incredibly complex.

That is why “Diversity and Inclusion in Teaching” was created. A training course for faculty that, among various topics, also addresses the management of multicultural classes.

Bocconi Alumni Community

The Bocconi Alumni Community allows its more than 146,000 members in 75 chapters worldwide to stay in touch with each other and with Bocconi.

It organizes events and thematic seminars, and also offers numerous Career Advice services.
