In Bachelor's Degrees, men are 59% and women 41%. In Master's Degrees, the corresponding percentages are 59.6% (men) and 40.4% (women). In PhDs, men are 62.4% and women 37.6%
The single-cycle master's degree in Law has a majority of female students (56.6%)

The distribution by level is very heterogeneous: women represent 47.4% of researchers, almost 40% of associate professors but only 29.2% of assistant professors and 18.4% of full professors.
The low representation of women among assistant professors is a matter of particular concern (see also the Gender Report), as it will lead to an imbalance in the years to come
